Nashua Symphony Honors...
Norris Cotton Cancer Center
At its March 5 "No Strings Attached" concert, the NSA will honor the Norris Cotton Cancer Center (NCCC) for its work providing a positive environment for treatment, cure, and recovery for patients with all forms of cancer throughout New Hampshire. This is part of our new "Honors" program, through which we seek to celebrate - through music - the work of non-profits that serve the community.
For more information about NCCC, visit their website: http://cancer.dartmouth.edu/about_us.html
For more information about how your non-profit can be honored at an NSA concert, please call Executive Director Eric Valliere at (603) 595.9156.

FANFARE 2011 a success!
Each year, FANFARE is a night to celebrate the NSA's achievements and to raise money in support of future programs. FANFARE 2011 was held on Friday, February 11 and an enthusiastic crowd helped raise over $60,000.
NSA Board President Richard Foemmel called it "a great show of support", and we're very grateful to the entire board of trustees, event co-chairs Matt Van Wagner and Marilyn Valentine, the Nashua Symphony Chorus, Friends of the Nashua Symphony, the Symphony's superb staff, Jonathan McPhee and the "Little Big Band", event sponsor Crowne Plaza, all the auction donors and table captains, and of course our guest speaker Timothy Marquis for his impassioned remarks about the impact of our educational programs.

The art of "Good Search"-ing
Support our cause every time you search the internet or shop online! Just use the Yahoo! Good Search option and you'll be helping an organization you care about. Does your child need school books? Buying presents for a birthday or other holiday? Use Good Search to get to Amazon.com (and many other online retailers) and a portion of your purchase goes to support the NSA! Just go to http://www.goodsearch.com/nonprofit/nashua-symphony-orchestra-nsa.aspx to set it up on your computer, and support the Nashua Symphony Orchestra & Chorus every day. A penny per search may not sound like much, but it adds up quickly... Thank you!

Giving online is easy
The NSA is at a crucial point. Our audiences are growing along with private support, and the quality of our performances continues to rise. Our education and outreach programs are poised to expand. At the same time, federal and state support of the arts is being drastically cut, and further cuts are likely given the new political landscape.
No gift is too small to make a difference. And it is at times like these that your contribution to the Annual Fund is most important. Please join your fellow music lovers in supporting this regional treasure with a generous gift.
