In the news

This past weekend's HOLIDAY HOUSE TOUR - an annual tradition that raises funds for the NSA - was a great success, thanks to the Friends of the Nashua Symphony and all the other volunteers and attendees!

Members of the NSO performed at last week's ARTS & POLITICS EVENT at the Capitol Center for the Arts, where Presidential candidates shared their positions on supporting the arts, arts education, and the creative economy in general. The event was an initiative of ArtsVoteNH, a program of New Hampshire Citizens for the Arts and Americans for the Arts Action Fund.

In a HIPPO PRESS REVIEW of our November 17 performance, Unfinished Business, Jeff Rapsis writes that "Nashua Symphony Chorus singers [...] make music for the love of it. [...] That showed in the music that was made, which was often lively, intense, and inspired. Prepared by director Diane Cushing, the chorus singers responded to [guest conductor Jed] Gaylin’s direction with attention and focus, making their work the evening’s highlight."
