Make a "perfect pitch"!

For musicians, the words "pitch" and "tone" go together. But we hope you won't pitch your old toner cartridges in the trash! Not only is it bad for the environment, but it's a lost opportunity to donate to the Nashua Symphony Association.

You see, Staples (the office supply store) will give us a $3 credit for EVERY TONER CARTRIDGE we bring them for recycling! It doesn't matter what kind of cartridge, how big or small, or what color ink - they will credit our account $3 for every one, and that helps us keep our costs down. So don't pitch that toner. Bring it by the NSA office or even to one of our concerts, and we'll make sure it gets to the right place. And thanks!

Opening night a success!

Dear Friend,

Our 2009-10 subscription season began last weekend with a roof-raising concert that featured young cello phenomenon Sergey Antonov. At the end of his dazzling performance of Shostakovich's edgy concerto, the audience leapt to its feet and roared its approval. What a memorable start to the season!

We're only able to put on concerts like that - with world-class soloists and first-rate performances - because supporters like you understand that ticket sales cover only a fraction of our real costs. I'm asking you to join me in supporting the NSA's programs with a generous gift in an amount that is meaningful to you.

Help the NSA continue to share this great music with our community.

Thank you,

Eric Valliere
Executive Director
